2. Submit the Form and Payment-Once you have completed the form, submit it online and proceed to make the payment. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate and complete.
3. Receive Instructions Via email or phone text-After submitting the form and payment, you will receive an email or text with instruction on how to get the cremations to us. This email or text will include details on shipping cost or drop off options, as well as any additional requirements or procedures.

• We will process your order and send your Keepsakes Treasure once we receive your completed form and payment (Note: your Keepsakes Treasure will take 4-6 weeks to create from day of order)
• Be sure to specify if you want your memorial treasure to be shipped or you will pick up.
